It is a plugin called “Remove footer credit”. It claims to remove footer text, but apparently it removes all occurences of the words which is in the footer. One of the words were “by”

I have changed the theme and checked. Still the same issue. So it seems like it’s not a theme issue as well.

I couldn’t really find the root cause of the issue as all plugins seem to work fine. I updated my wordpress to 6.5.2, and magically the issue disappeared…. not sure how, but it worked for me luckily ??

After switching on wp_debug in config.php, I get this error message on clicking new post in block editor…Any ideas what is this about?

That’s not really my issue. Only block editor is white screen, every other feature is working

I had the same problem. I was able to fix this problem by first clearing website cache from server side, and then browser cache. And reload the page.
