I thought that setting was only available when you have the payment gateway set to simulator, and is to make testing easier. You don’t have to keep putting details in for each test sale.

If your customers are seeing this happening, then they may be getting free tickets!

What payment gateway do you have set?

I’m just switching to using Stripe instead of PayPal. It appears that StageShow uses the legacy stripe checkout, which does NOT support SCA. In order to be SCA compatible, one needs to change to the later version of their checkout, per https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/migration

Any pointers on how to achieve this?

I found the sheet your referred to in an old stageshow gold install I’ve got, prompted by finding your post about this from over a year ago.

I’ve had a play, and am half way there with figuring this out, but want to incorporate this into a ‘normal’ seat layout, where it’s only the two outer blocks that are different. The main rear block, with the central and both side sections, and the central front section can be easily achieved with the normal seat layout system.

Did you take this half and half approach, or just manually position every seat?

I’m especially interested in the cast member and sale details section of the checkout. How have you achieved this, with the addition of a join mailing list option etc? Does that feed through automatically to join your mailing list, or is this a manual action after the sale?
