Hello @digitalmarketingrocks actually this is a bug by GA4, You will get accurate data in GA4 report. Here you need to check the data in GTM preview mode(data layer section) if the data is accurate there then no need to worry about.

Hello @emilylxm88 I can see that events are firing, but unfortunalaty the coupon code is not working so I couldn’t verify the purchase event ??

As per what I know if it’s a custom thank you page then sometimes the plugin won’t work. I tried to place one order and yes you are right gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC event not fired.

Hello @reghta enter Universal Analytics Tracking Code in your Google analytics setting variable , which start with the “UA”

To find the tracking ID:
1. Sign in to your Analytics account.
2. Click Admin.
3. Select an account from the menu in the ACCOUNT column.
4. Select a property from the menu in the PROPERTY column.
5. Under PROPERTY, click Tracking Info > 6. 6.Tracking Code.

Hello @heynino, first of all, the plugin is not mine but as per what I know the plugin might be not working with the hardcoded(custom theme), so here you have to add the data layer code manually for product impressions
