In fact, I dumped both the production and staging databases and the shortcoder entries are exactly the same. I am going to do some more digging.

I found the “Hello World” text using the Debug This plugin. I don’t know what would have corrupted my database, but I showed you the dump with query. I will ask the admins if they can query the live instance.

@vaakash Where is this supposed to print out? I don’t see it in console or wp-content/debug.log. I tried print_r( 'Hello World' ); too

Ran in MySQL workbench, I will also enable debugging.

@vaakash I was right the first time. After I resolve the missing resources:

The reason it was wrong in the previous images was due to a replication issue on the server.

After the 4.8 update this is happening with more than one plugin. It is either a WordPress issue or an issue on the server itself. Basically, I restore from a backup all the files exist (such as wp-content/plugins/shortcoder/images/shortcoder.png) after I do the automatic update a lot is gone. I am going to mark this as resolved for now.

I think it would be a nice feature to strictly hide tickets behind a log in wall.

Basically, I want to remove the auth from https://blah.com/tickets/?ticket_id=46&auth=lkjdhflksjhflkshflkshdlfkjhslkfd and force users to log in.

Is it supported in the Email piping add-on?

I disabled the login screen at the bottom and forced them to hit the WP login. It;s fine now.
