1 – If you click on “Subscription Options” there’s a section called “After successful subscription.” Have you tried clicking on the “Hide popup” option here? That’s supposed to keep the pop-up from showing again after a successful signup.

2 – Go to “Pop-up options.” Turn on “pop-up showing limitation.” You’ll have two options once you do this. “Popup showing count” is how many times it will show to the user during a session. “Popup showing expiry” is how long each session is in days. So if you set it to 1 and 1, that means the pop-up will show once a day (24 hour period more specifically.)

OK, solved the issue.

For whatever reason, one of the plug-ins that I migrated over was overwriting the wp_options website url value on the backend database with the previous site URL. So I disabled all plug-ins on the site before doing my export. I also manually installed WP this time and made sure it was pointing to the right SQL database url with correct permissions.

Not sure if it helps, but these domains are contained on the same server as subdomains.

So fetchdvm360.com is actually a folder install on dvm360storage.com/fetchdvm360

Ditto for thecvc.com, it’s a folder install on dvm360storage.com/thecvc.com

Apologies, I am seeing the same error.

Ajax page returns a “0” value when visiting it. Tried disabling security plug-in just to make sure. Still received same error. Running WP 4.3.11

What other information could I provide to help troubleshoot the issue? Thanks!

Dang it. You got it on the first guess! LOL. It’s the theme causing the issue. Plugins are fine.

The Shopifiq theme isn’t playing nice. The behavior disappears when reverting to Twenty Fourteen. Time to dig through why.
