In reply to: Sidebar falling below main contentI’m confused by your question. The links you posted are not sidebars but just images. If you want the images on the right hand side then simply float them to the right via css.
As to the sidebar that is below your content, your using a fullwidth page template for your content so there is no room for a sidebar. See if your theme has some preset page templates for sidebars. The page template dropdown option can be found on the right hand side of your page editor screen. If your theme doesn’t have a page template for sidebars you will need to create one yourself via PHP.

Well WordPress is all PHP with a MySQL back-end so you won’t be using python with WordPress. This is a very simple task that involves minor INSERT and QUERY commands that can be called via PHP. You can also look into using JQuery and Ajax if you’d like to get a little more fancy.
I recommend these books which helped me(I know this is the internet age but dammit books are good too!)

In reply to: Multi Language Site – Best practiceYou could also you JQuery’s replaceWith() function
Forum: Everything else WordPress
In reply to: Multi Language Site – Best practiceYou don’t need a plugin to do this. Have you ever used JQuery? You could easily add a button at the top of your page to swap between english and french. Especially since you already have it translated and don’t have to rely on google translate(which is not accurate by the way).

In reply to: Post an HTML Page(s) on an already established WordPress SiteHere’s what you need to do then.
Log into your server. Find your file manager. Locate the public_html folder or your root folder with your wordpress files. Drop your html file there. It should be in the same directory as your index.php file.
Once you’ve done this, type in your website followed by your html page and you should see it.
For Example,

https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_link.aspYour going to need to log into your server and find a file called styles.css. It should be located within your “/wp-content/themes/YOURCURENTTHEME/styles.css” directory. If you’ve never done something like this before i would caution you. This file controls your sites style and positioning. If you start adding and deleting stuff that you have no idea what they do, you’re going to have a bad time.
Also, the wordpress gurus would advise you to create a child theme to make any edits to your current theme.

In reply to: Post an HTML Page(s) on an already established WordPress SiteAre they completely different from your theme? Why not just take the content of the static html pages and appropriate it into pages using your current theme.
What is the exact reason for doing this?

In reply to: [YOP Poll] Polls not showingAlso having this issue. I updated the plugin and the polls have disappeared. It looks like when i updated the plugin, it deactivated it self across my multi-site setup. I tried to reactive them and was hit with a “Cannot activate plug: fatal error” error message.
