Thanks for that Enigma, I have uploaded an audio file to Media and can see it in the library but there’s no field that I can see that says URL. I can see over to the right it gives me the option to attach to a page or a post but nothing else. Also should the URL be the attachment link, like this ?
I totally appreciate this isn’t a high priority overall, its just a feature I use due to the nature of my business, i had it on my previous website so im keen to get it into wordpress.
What i’m actually looking to do overall is have music play automatically once a visitor hits the home page, something they can control. Only say 5 songs max but as long as its got a volume control and skip facility that’s fine.
I’m guessing that I may have to create a static home page as i would imagine any player wouldn’t play as part of a blog excerp on the home page.
Is there something I can add as a widget ?
