I tryed to download one of the podcast-files in question via the ssp download link in debug mode, et voilà:

Yes, I had the cache reactivated, after deactivating didn’t help.

I have deactivated it again and leave it like that for a few days. Up until now, the issue has not changed.

What, if it will help? Would that mean, that I cannot use caching with popup at all?

Hello, I have the same issue: The Popup is showing only, when I am locked in, it is not there with incognito window.

The Option “Show to guests” is checked as well as for “logged in users”

The Popupbox is activated

I have tried to empty as well as to deactivate my wp-cache (wp-optimize-plugin) and also browser-cache.
I have tried different browsers (firefox, chrome, opera)

It shows everywhere on the website as long as I am logged in

Popup Box is in Version 3.6.3
PHP Version 8.1.16 (see https://wild-life-tantra.de/info.php)
WordPress 6.2.2
