The name of certain templates have been changed in the 3.0.10 release, and if you happen to have a child theme, the footer and header are broken. Now they are called class-header-header_main.php and class-footer-footer_main.php.
I don’t know what other templates have new names, but fixing these in my child theme did the trick.
