I reported the issue with the category addon 3 days outside the refund period. The three months was filled with replies like the below.

“The updates have been pushed back. At the moment we do not have a set time-frame on when this fix will be implemented. I will update you once we have more news. My apologies for the inconvenience.”

Looks like you’ve got Google Analytics setup which is great. If you haven’t already, also verify your site with Google Webmaster Tools for more website info & get a local listing with Google Places.

The design looks quite nice overall. I would look at modifying the slider layout or content. At the moment there is a lot of vacant space below the line of text, you could add a text intro and button link to each of your service pages here.
