I need urgent help. I did a roll back (to a backup from this morning) and there was an error and now I can’t open my website at all. It says site undergoing maintenance. How do I get it back? I can’t get into wordpress admin either. https://www.cjpromotions.co.nz

I updated another plugin this morning so I now have version up to 2.4.28.
Can someone please help me fix this. there doesn’t appear to be any conflict with other plugins or the theme.

Just to let you all know, I haven’t fixed the problem, but I’ve gone through every product on the error pages and found one product thats stopping all products from showing. I’ve either hidden or deleted that product. So now all pages are showing. The problem still needs to be fixed as I have to check online every time I add a new product, and I have about 2000 more products to add.

As at yesterday afternoon, I have 15 pages not showing on the website.
I’m sorry to keep on about this, but the website is my only tool for selling products and if the products don’t show, I can’t sell them.
Can we please fix this ASAP.

I have problems with some sub categories not displaying the products.
I have found it is usually one product upsetting them all and when I hide or delete that product, then all the others show.
BUT, yesterday morning, eco friendly products were showing.
Then yesterday afternoon, they stopped showing.

the following error has been found by WebFarm support.
If this can be fixed, then this problem with sub categories not displaying, may be fixed.
It would be great if the problem of the subcategories not showing can be sorted ASAP, as my business depends on my website and I can’t sell products if they don’t show on my website.

The sub categories are back again and I have fixed the problem, I think.

Good afternoon, If you could please tell me when the plugin for the sub categories being under the categories accordion style is going to be available. If it is going to be a while, I will change my website to having categories only until the plugin is available. Thank you.

Hows it going with the accordion style plugin for the Ultimate Product Catalogue? Any chance we can have this soon? If not, how about the categories and sub categories being put in alphabetical order. This would be great also.
