Hi, I’ve tried @shameemreza idea of “However, you can use?this code snippet?to specify that the short description should be synced to Google Merchant Center instead of the main description. We recommend adding code snippets via a child theme or using a plugin such as?Code Snippets.” but having the same issue still.

I’ve also tried @omarfpg process of re-syncing my listings but not sure if this has worked or how long it takes Google to update anything I’ve amended. As of now, my listings still do not show my short description.

Do I need to tick Async? when I Sync All Products?

Hi, thank you for your reply. Atm, the product page uses text modules to write the descriptions – the spaces for short and long descriptions have no text in them but now I understand that these need to be used.

If I were to update the product descriptions on my product pages, how would I go about getting my listings re-synced/updated?

Would empty information in the long description box on the product page cause this issue? If data were to be filled in this box, would it resolve the issue?

@twisterprint templates are within the upload section, click on the blue i icon to show them. I would suggest to the @helloprint team to try and make this clearer by adding a piece of text here saying for example “Download templates here” alongside it as I’ve had to include additional text to help my users understand where to find them.

Thanks for the quick reply. On checking the settings, in Product Upload File it had been set to display on show on cart only and not on the product. Changing this has now brought them back so thanks again for telling me that these two are linked.

Hopefully, the glitchy bulk product upload function can be fixed next. As mentioned in a previous user’s post, it’s rather temperamental and some product options just won’t import although I have since found some will add if I change the WooCommerce category they are being added to.

I am experiencing the same issues. Bulk upload doesn’t work all the time and I already have a list of products that I have tried to import but it has done nothing, even trying to add them one by one.

Sorry for my late response. The issue was that my custom login pages were still being found and numerous login attempts were being made. I wanted to ask if there might be a issue with your plugin not being effective anymore.

To avoid any risks to my sites, I removed your plugin and changed them to use Hide My WP Ghost – Security Plugin which, so far and using its ability to create custom login pages, has not made them discoverable.

Your plugin had been working great on my sites I used until last week so why it stopped working was a mystery.

Sorry for the delay. I have checked with our hosting provider and they have confirmed xml-rpc.php is heavily protected.

I’m still seeing increase in login attempts across all my sites so not sure what has happened to make this plugin become so ineffective. Used to work great but now, not sure if I need to change to another plugin provider?

To add to this, the issue is now effecting other sites I manage that use this plugin….

To resolve the issue, I completely reinstalled WordPress which seems to have resolved the issue this time but it would be good for you to consider other theme/site builders such as Divi when developing future versions rather than focusing on just one. You can close this down as the issue, so far, has not reappeared after reinstallation of WordPress.

I use the Divi theme and Yoast on my other WordPress sites without any issues. On this site, it still continues to cause trouble.

Maybe its time Yoast recognised the popularity of Divi and began working on a similar integration package as you’ve done for Elementor. Unless Elementor have paid Yoast to do this and in turn make Yoast more exclusive to working with Elementor only?

Anyway, I hope someone future update might just get it back to working normally.

On another note, is there a way for a user role to see the plugins used but not being able to edit, delete, install or deactivate them?

I’ve found the issue to be with the Contact Form 7 Signature Addon plugin which has had no updates in the past 2 years and would appear now to be defunct with your latest batch of updates.

Have found another solution which is working now and is under regular updates, hopefully.
