This is a feature I would like to see also. Including details in “encounter details” on the left hand side. I would also like to see more flexibility in what custom fields are available and where. For example we wish to obtain patients emergency contacts and doctor details, but not to collect this on the initial sign up or appointment page to limit the initial amount of data collected but for it to show in encounter details. These details for example added by receptionist after the patient has engaged with services.
