@getfitbc, I’ve just checked mine, and I’m using the same as you – WP FullCalender version 1.2 and EM Version 5.6.6.1 – and nothing has changed for me. This may suggest some other incompatibilty?
I raised this in another thread (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/fullcalendar-not-displaying-events-after-8-may-since-em-update-to-563?replies=11#post-8324464) and, for me, the new v5.6.3.1 EM update fixed this issue. I am running WordPress 4.5, EM 5.6.3.1, FullCalendar 1.2 and 7 other plugins.
Clearly we have different combinations of plugins, theme (I use twentytwelve), server config., etc.
OK, I did this in stages:
First I upgraded Events Manager back from v5.6.2 to v5.6.3 (with FullCalendar still on v1.1) and checked that the problem still existed – that no events displayed after the 8th May.
(A second problem has been happening alongside this, that a multiple-day event didn’t show the final day on the Calendar, if “All Day” box was checked)
Then I updated Full Calendar to v1.2, as that had become available – no difference to these two problems.
Then I selected (in Events>Settings>Admin Tools (Advanced)> Check Dev Versions and updated Events Manager (in Dashboard>Updates – it didn’t appear in Plugins) to EM v5.6.3.1. Now if I check May in the Calendar I get all events displaying throughout May and the rest of the year, and a 3-day event with “All Day” box checked does now display across all three days.
So – great! It looks like 5.6.3.1 fixes both issues for me, at least.
Thanks!

Hi wuestenhagen,
Yes, I still have this problem – to get a 3-day weekend event to display over the full 3 days I have to remember to NOT check the “All Day” box, otherwise it misses the last day. I find that such events always start and finish at different times each day over a weekend, so making them all the same doesn’t suit our events. The only way to show the actual start/finish times correctly is to list them in the event description text – which makes the ‘Start and Finish’ settings redundant.
I just leave the box unchecked and then have to compromise with the start and finish times, which will be ambiguous whichever way I set them. Altogether not a very easy feature to use, as it is at the moment.
kfraaj, it is hard to see from your post what your problem has to do with this thread – you seem to be attributing your links problem to WP Calendar 1.2, rather than Event Manager (by Marcus Sykes).
What is the purpose of your post?
I have now reverted my LIVE site to EM v5.6.2 and FullCalendar works again. (I downloaded 5.6.2 from https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/events-manager.5.6.2.zip
Is it possible that FullCalendar 1.1 is not quite campatible with the EM v5.6.3 update?
That is the option I’m already using. However, although it allows users to have a page where they can access the editing functions without the distraction of the backend dashboard view, I don’t understand why that one function, “Detach” was omitted from the list of available functions when that front-end route is used. It seems like a deliberate omission for some reason, rather than a technical difficulty, since all the other editing functions are included.
I would really like to see “Detach” included at some point in the future, if I may make that a request?
OK, I understand the logistical problem with displaying more than one pair of start and end times, if there are multiple days in the event. But – my other question was more about what appears to be simply a bug – ticking the ‘All Day’ checkbox causes the final day of the event not to be displayed on the Calendar. Unchecking the box makes the final day display properly. Is there an answer to that part?
No, I didn’t hear any more, and the problem is still the same, despite recent updates to the plugins.
I have just been putting up with having times advertised which are pretty meaningless, and adding a note in the event descriptions to state the actual times.
Ticking the ‘All Day’ box seems only worth doing for single day events – but then, you can specify actual start and finish times accurately for a single day, so why bother to have the checkbox, if it doesn’t add any useful function?
I also just ran the update to EM 5.6.2 and lost my events in FullCalendar, so applied the reversion to FullCalendar 0.9.1 and that fixed it for now. Would like to see the new update fix it properly, though.
There are so many plugin updates almost every day, I sort of expect them not to break things!
I’m very grateful that you have the skill to work that out! Thanks again.
I’ve updated to v1.1.1 and it activates now – and the error has not reappeared.
Thanks again – let’s see what happens over time with future orders.
If it helps, I can say that the site I’m experiencing this problem with is still using php 5.3.29. Why the host hasn’t insisted on upgrading to 5.5 I don’t know.
Thanks for this extra work you’re doing!
Erm, I spoke too soon.
I now find that the Prevent EU Checkout plugin had deactivated on update and now refuses to be activated. It thinks EDD isn’t installed (which it is). I get the message:
“EDD – Prevent EU Checkout requires that Easy Digital Downloads be installed; the plug-in has been deactivated.”
What next?
