    I raised a ticket with your team immediately, I sent screenshots of the issue, by the time your team looked into the issue I was advised that the problematic filtered records were no longer there as we only had a 7 day log, and were offered to upgrade to 45 days

    I report the issue to your team and your team did not quarantine or save the problematic records that were being filtered incorrectly and therefore were not able to fix the issue as your team let them simply delete from your cloud db within 7 days, they’re text records, it would have costed you a single cent to keep these on hand for a year.

    Seriously, take some accountability, this is horrible design and you’re price gouging customers not allowing them to self store your spammed emails.
