In reply to: [FB Open Graph Actions (moved)] [Plugin: FB Open Graph Actions] Caching queryHi Deefuz,
That’s a strange error – there’s never been a problem with other users before.
Glad you got things working.

In reply to: [FB Open Graph Actions (moved)] [Plugin: FB Open Graph Actions] Caching queryHi Deefuz,
What’s your url? Also, are you using the most up-to-date version?
Chris
Hi Ron,
I’m assuming you’ve modified your database in such a way that makes the plugin incompatible with your site?
The answer for the users table is yes, we will carry on using local databases. The reason for this is that Facebook requires users to be able to turn publishing to facebook on/off, and this data needs to be stored on our end, and cannot be on their end.
If you use the premium version, then long term we are considering moving away from storing reads locally, but if so this will not be any time soon.
Thanks
Chris
Sorry for the delay in replying. Multiple OG meta tags being added are the number one thing that goes wrong with people installing this plugin.
Hi Felice,
I’ve taken a quick look at your site and put one of your urls into https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug (to see how Facebook sees your site) and it seems you’ve got the meta tags being added multiple times. You can disable them being added by our site if you’d like, although it would be better to disable them from elsewhere.
Thanks
Chris
Hi Martin, great to hear things are working better for you. Apologies again for the delay in getting it sorted.
Hi Martin,
Sorry to hear you’ve been having these loading issues. The overhaul of the plugin took longer than anticipated. The loading problems should now be all but fixed. I’ve emailed you the latest premium version.
The free version loading times should also now be significantly faster.
Chris
Hi everyone, I’m the author – apologies for the delay in replying here.
The plugin should now by compatible with BOTH bbPress and custom post types as well. Different websites respond in different ways depending on their configuration, but I’m trying to make things as compatible as possible.
Xtrime, are you still having issues?
Hi Felice,
Could you link us to some of the posts that are NOT working please?
Thanks
Chris
Hello both, apologies for the delay in reply here, I was unaware support issues had been raised.
We’re due to be releasing a version around the end of this week which should stop the majority of conflicts with other plugins.
Xtrime, sorry to hear you are having issues with your site. If the plugin is somehow breaking your site, I’d recommend removing the plugin by deactivating it in Admin > Plugins, failing that, by deleting it from /wp-content/plugins folder.
