It didn’t help, I’m afraid.
Here is the scenario:
client writes a reply
hits “close this ticket”
hits “reply”
ticket changes status and shows as “closed”, and
“How would you rate the support you received” message in ticket shows, BUT
at the same time ALL previous client’s and support agents’ replies are replaced with the following in red:”You cannot review a ticket that is still open”
