Why is it not required? When setting a new container’s width to 100% using the Elementor Full Width page template, the container does not extend all the way across and is still bound by the max-width of the page and not actually the full width of the window.

To make this worth I have to alter the theme.

So how do you stretch a section using flexboxes?

It’s not possible. It’s a “coming soon” feature so we had to go with a different plugin unfortunately.

I’m on the latest version of WordPress and Woocommerce 5.0. When I go to WooCommerce>Status>Logs it is empty. It says test-log.log and it’s blank underneath. Also, there is no error_log file in my public_html/ folder.

Just to be clear, this page doesn’t work at all with the plugin enabled. But with it disabled, I have 3 products shown. Also just FYI I’m on PHP 7.2 and I’ve just tried version 7.0 as well with no luck.

Thank you! Disabling the following resolved the issue:

“Enable chat dashboard and notifications on all admin pages” is enabled under Live Chat -> Settings -> General Settings

Unfortunately, that did not work. It still only archived/downloaded the files on the first page of the directory.

Please disregard the link in my previous post as the site has been moved. I would really appreciate any assistance with this as soon as possible as I’m still within the 7 day trial and if we can’t get this figured out before that expires then we’ll be going in a different direction.

Thanks, I found the problem. The theme was using jQuery 1.11.3. I removed this script and the plugin is now working properly.

Looks like the fancybox functions when I switch to a default WordPress theme. Is there anything you could do to assist me with getting this plugin to work with my current theme? Even if there were a snippet I could add to disable fancybox and just have the images open in a new tab?

I’ve purchased the premium plugin but it doesn’t appear to be working. For Shipping it says ‘there are no shipping methods available’ but I’ve tried adding different methods in the Wholesale Prices Shipping options.
