In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Orders on holdHi Jamie,
I manually entered the credentials and at least the client ID was different.
However, now when I test the checkout, the paypal login appears but then disappears after a few seconds. Also, the pay by credit card option is not showing.
Thanks,
Christopher

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Orders on holdSorry for the delay Krystian.
I responded to the email notification thinking that would get to you.
I have already deactivated the account and reactivated it using the wizard.
The issues persists.
Would you recommend deactivating the account and reactivating manually?
Again, sorry for the delay and thanks for the help,
Christopher

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orders on holdI’m troubleshooting through. https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce-paypal-payments/
They suggested I disconnect and reactivate through the wizard but I’ve already done that twice. I responded and asked if I should reactivate manually. Haven’t heard back yet. Thanks for your continued support.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orders on holdShameem,
The correct email is entered in the Woo commerce paypal settings and the email is verified with Paypal. These have been correct all along and yet orders are still on hold . What do you suggest?
Thanks again,
Christopher

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orders on holdHello Shameen,
My apologies! I thought I could reply to the email that was sent to me about this post. After not hearing back I figured you never got my reply. Anyway here it is.
Thanks for your reply!
The address of the paypal account is the administrative email of the website.
The “from” email is set to this same email.
Is there another place where the email needs to be entered?
How do I ensure that the email is verified?
I just turned off the Paypal checkout plugin leaving only the Paypal plugin enabled.
Are the two plugins redundant?
Thanks again for your help,
Christopher
