Thanks for the useful information. I increased the max_input_vars?value up to 5000 but that made no difference.My other forminator forms publish/update successfully, it’s just this one that won’t.

Hello, thanks so much for your help. My apologies for the delay in responding. The issue turned out to be a theme conflict as when I went to update some plugins I couldn’t use the checkboxes to do that either!
Just an update, it was JetPack preventing the save, I temporarily disabled JetPack and it allowed me to save the changes.

There isn’t a problem on my desktop MAC but it’s showing on my iPad and iPhone. I took the ttr_checkbox class off the css but it’s made no difference.

Thanks for your reply. I’m not using any SMTP plugin :-). I thought perhaps Forminator had some SMTP settings that triggered this response but I couldn’t find any.
I thought about installing an email sending plugin to see if that would circumnavigate the issue though but have had iffy internet connection so haven’t got around to that yet.

I just clicked on the Red Cross and it said “could not connect to SMTP host”

Thanks for confirming that the code looks OK. I checked the email log and there is Red Cross next to the emails saying not sent.

I’ve since checked the spam folder and there are no forms. As I say, the email address works just fine, its only this form that doesn’t appear to arrive.
Thanks for looking into it for me. The form sends correctly but nothing arrives at the email address eg your submissions are not in our inbox.
I’ve not checked for spam as all other forms going to that email address are getting through fine.

Yes, the site was restored from a back up before I discovered the issue! That perhaps explains why they were working and suddenly they wern’t. Thanks.

Quick question, I use these forms in other websites and they work fine, never actually selected “All fields”, wonder why when I added these forms the “All fields” part wasn’t automatically in the email notifications section?
