Once you activate it, it creates a widget. You must put the widget in one of the sidebars (in plain sight, but you need to be logged in to see it). Any link you paste in there and press publish will create a post, with an arithmetic title, an excerpt of the description from the original site and a link for more (it will open it in the same page).
It needs a lot of work to bring up to par. I was expecting more as well…
