Hi Thanks for the quick response.

Is there plans to introduce the functionality to allow the admin to export all ticket data?

It would be useful to allow more indepth analysis that what is available from the included reporting functions.

These are great and do fulfil 90% of the requirements in an easy to use interface.

We have upped the memory allowed to 512m in wp-config.php…

define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);

and we are still getting the same error…
