Unfortunately, I’ve done all of that. Updated the page, logged in and out. Cleared the cache. Even when I rollback to a previous version of the plugin, the 40% on all 3 of my feeds flashes, everything is frozen. I can only cancel it and then the feed only shows “stopped” in the status and is no longer ready.

But as I said, everything seems to be OK in Merchant Center and the feed refresh.

thanks for your answer. But I don’t just want to hide it ?? This setting also has nothing to do with the theme? The additional product information comes directly from Woocommerce as far as I know. I just integrated it into one of our templates so that it is displayed in the product description.

it’s very strange to me that you set such settings in the first place and don’t make them customizable. It is very annoying for every SEO to have to adjust it themselves. Unfortunately, it is often the same with themes, where the titles of the widgets in the footer or sidebar are also H2 or H3 and it ruins the whole heading structure. I always have the feeling that the developers only think about the look and not about SEO ?? I would be happy if I at least knew where to find the places where it needs to be changed? ??

Here’s my problem again:

When I paste the shortcode ( [simple-author-box] ) in the product category, the box doesn’t appear.

I have activated this setting “Manually insert the Simple Author Box” and would like to insert the box myself where I want it. It only doesn’t work for product categories.

The text field among the products in our product categories was created with the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. Maybe this is a problem for your plugin? If so, how can I ensure that the shortcode is also recognized in the created text fields by the ACF plugin?

Everything works as it should on all other pages, I only have problems with the product categories.

unfortunately another problem today. I use the current plugin version 2.0.4.

This error is shown with:

DEVICE_DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE Device Data is not available for processing this order. The PayPal-Client-Metadata-Id header value sent during Create Order api call is either missing or incorrect or there was an error in collecting required data. Please verify if appropriate value for PayPal-Client-Metadata-Id header is being sent during ‘Create Order’ api call. Please note this error only applies to payment_source.pay_upon_invoice at the moment.

How can I/you solve the problem?

Hi, wir haben das gleiche Problem. Bei uns ist der Haken bei FraudNed auch gesetzt und ausgegraut, da k?nnen wir den Haken gar nicht rausnehmen.

Hier wurde leider seit Tagen nicht mehr geantwortet. Wie geht es hier weiter? Wo finde ich die Version 1.9.5 zum Downloaden? Ich würde das sonst erstmal zurücksetzen.
