In order to show the affiliate registration form you need to be logged in.
So basically the affiliate security is being able to log in your WordPress account with the user and password.

If once logged in it asks to log in again, do you have any plugin that can modify logging behaviour?
Can you try switching your theme to a default one?

This category will by default select all the images, so you don’t have to add it.
Try removing this category for that image.

Can you try switching to a default theme like “Twenty Twenty”?
If it’s still not working, can you disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and our plugin? Then if it works star enabling plugins one by one until you find the one that is causing the issue.
Can you send us the URL of a product with the issue?

You can find the template in this path:

public_html/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards/templates/yith-gift-cards/gift-card-details.php

Copy this template into:

your_active_theme_folder/woocommerce/yith-gift-cards/

Then you can open it and modify the order of the elements.

About your second question, this is not handled by our plugin, it autofills the data.
This can be turned off in the browser settings or maybe you can search for another solution.

You can try installing a mail log plugin and enabling debug mode in your site.
Then do some tests involving gift cards.
With this maybe you find an error when trying to send the email.

Can you try updating permalinks?
You can do it by going to “Settings > Permalinks” in the WordPress dashboard, and then just click the update button.
If this doesn’t work try also deactivating and activating back the plugin.
