    Hi @indyparker,

    You’re comparing two different metrics here: Users isn’t the same thing as Pageviews.

    Anyways, from what I can see after checking your site’s source code (as that’s the only info you provided):

    1. You seem to be using a caching plugin on your site. If so, please read this FAQ in its entirety: Is WordPress Popular Posts compatible with caching plugins?

    Other than that I don’t see anything else that might need adjustments.

    Yes, we do use caching. But it was working fine yesterday, which is why I do not understand why it is no longer clocking the numbers correctly.

    If you do have any ideas please let me know

    I will double-check to see what is going on.

    I will look at the caching plugin and see if that is causing it.
