Thank you for your feedback! Although, this is where it gets a bit too tricky for my skill set. I’ve passed this onto my web person. If she’s reluctant to do this, is there a way I can hire someone to do this kind of thing “a la carte” for me? It’s been so frustrating!

I use the Yoast plug in, and I have the featured image set.

It seems to work from iPhones and works from PCs.

Samsung Galaxy Prime

Thanks, we got the messages to send from yahoo servers..so that issue has been resolved, however, the keyboard collapsing is still an issue when trying to send from smart phones.

Hi, thanks for the response! I was only able to talk to one of the people to collect this information. She was using a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime when the keyboard began disappearing and she was unable to type. She then went in through her email app and said it worked that way…then, she tried going to the library to send one. This one went through…however, this time gave me a “mail delivery failed” notice–“Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is not accepted due to domain’s
550-5.7.1 DMARC policy”…does this help??
