I have had the same issue but I uploaded the plugin WP ERROR FIX & it resolved the issue for me…a great plugin for internal errors..

sorry for the interruption..I searched for the tread and was not able to locate it..so I asked a question..

I was not able to replicate it because it happens randomly and on multiple computers,

I am using simplify small business by d5 creation.
So if this is happening to you with a different theme then its possible it is wordpress 3.7.1 or a plugin..
