Same problem here I cant make posts I get the submit ticket page. With the following from this plugin on it:

Sorry, support team members cannot submit tickets from here. If you need to open a ticket, please go to your admin panel or click here to open a new ticket.

Moved different plugins failed to even work as described disregard my good review and amend to a very bad one indeed!

Yes thanks for that. Yeah In the end I creating my own plugin to resolve the issue. Seemed a more practical idea. I simply created a plugin to enable custom header images panel in wordPress and the exacting required size then simply referenced where I wanted my header function to be placed in header.php

Seemed a better work around as for some reason simply changing the background in CSS seemed to be a bit buggy with the theme as it was only certain pages that I would see the header image and not categories or home page. The CSS route seemed to be more buggy and time consuming so I did the plugin method thus saving hours of hair pulling lol.

Yes I did try will try once more however I had an image uploaded to https://birminghamiu.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/biu_header.png as a test to see if made a difference and one in the themes image directory also images/header.jpg (the one you refer to)

The one you refer to does nothing and the code I have partial working seems to work only on certains pages and not categories or indeed the homepage? Clueless! Thanks once again.
