I’m not quite sure where the file is used. But since its part of tinymce, it should only be used by some wysiwyg-editor. Since uniweb knows about the issue, maybe there is no need to delete this file anymore.

There should by a file named like “.htaccess.closed.uniweb” (or something like that) in your document root. You have to rename this file to “.htaccess”. Maybe you need to enable the listing of hidden files in your ftp-client.

Since wordpress delivers a file which is dedected as infected by clamav, it IS an issue by wordpress.
It seems that thousands of websites had downtimes this morning because access was blocked by their webhosters.

As far as i see your website is hosted by uniweb. Since clamav dedected one file used by wordpress as infected/virus, some webhosters took websites containing wordpress and other CMS using tinymce down.

You might simply delete the file
wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/media/moxieplayer.swf

and rename the .htaccess….. file in document root to .htaccess
