I think I found what’s wrong. Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce plugin was installed and it was removing in checkout form field – state/county.
The thing is that for some countries, this field is mandatory. For example Ukraine. But for Lithuania it is enough to specify only country, city and postal code.

Hi, is this a paid theme?
It looks like the height for images is not prescribed. Try looking in the theme settings or options.
