To answer your question, yes you can modify the reserve form to do whatever you wish. Please see our documentation here on how to extend it.

What this add on will do is allow you to setup inventory types and much more. Think of it like this: when you walk into a hardware store, you can see lots of items. For example you may see a hammer and you may see a drill. The hammer could have attributes such as weight, length, handle material, etc. While the drill could have battery size, chuck size, voltage, etc. So by setting up different types, you can add and manage all of your inventory with even greater power and ease. Take a look for that in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

As for showing categories, you can follow our documentation her for how to use the shortcode:

https://www.wpinventory.com/documentation/user/displaying-inventory/shortcode-options/

So all you would have to do is create all of your pages for your categories, then put a shortcode on each that directly accesses that category.
