    I should have known I would get a response like that. You can never get any help when you need it. What’s the purpose of having a forum if you never help anyone and instead just ignore an honest inquiry and act like some kind of WordPress police!

    Because this is a “bundled” plugin I can not register on their support forum. They require a product key, bundled plugins do not have product keys. I have been all over the internet including Youtube to find help, so far there is no specific help when it comes to the sequence or full setup procedure.

    It seems that that forum never responds to posts that is why I posted here.

    I was able to figure it out buy adding a Full Page Background plugin and this simple css code to take out the rest.
    .page_wrap {
    z-index: 2;
    background: transparent;
    }
    Now all of my pages will have the desired star background that I want.

    I am familiar with Custom CSS, I have used it before. I want to use a Page Builder(SiteOrigin)which breaks up the structure of a page and sometimes causes problems with themes recognizing images or backgrounds for each widget section. Do you know the custom css code for using an image as a page instead of just a plain white page?

    I did some digging and found the demo content and downloader.

    Thank you for telling me where in the code I need to make changes, that is where I made the change to the text heading for image “circle_bg1” and renamed it “CALL US”. But your answer does not help me with HOW do I add links for 2 and 3! What exactly do I put there? That is the whole point to my asking these questions on this theme forum.

    Very strange situation with this website. It seems that I am the only one that cannot get to the site or even get to the wordpress login for the site to work on it. I get a “This page cannot be reached” error. I don’t understand what could have caused this? Has anyone had this problem, if so, how do you fix it?

    I don’t think that the password change is causing this because I can get to the site on my phone not using the home network. I am at a loss to figure this one out. My wife and I are the only ones who can not see the website on our home computers, and we can’t access the wordpress login for it either. I have GoDaddy for my hosting provider and at the top of the CPanel home it has a message saying that I should update my PHP to 7 or 7.1. Will this fix it? It said to check to see if the sites are compatible with it before I do. How do I check that?

    I renamed the plugin folder to “plugins.hold” and tried to access the site and also the admin but could still not get in. The last time I was in the admin for this website I did change the username profile password so I’m wondering if this is the problem, but how can I fix that to get it back to the old password?

    I can not login to wordpress to get to the plugins so how do I do it via CPanel?

    I updated the Sydney Theme which is a Parent theme for Bistro but that did not solve my problem with the mobile display. Some of the pages such as Menu, Lunch Specials, and others for the site bagelsnbeyond.com when you look at it on a phone that you hold in normal view have the content way too narrow with the pictures so tiny you cannot see them, and all of the content rides off to the right. But if you turn the phone around and view it in landscape mode it seems to be fine. How can I fix this using Custom CSS?

    Thank you for the reply. Not sure what you mean by “empty paragraphs”. Isn’t there a max-width setting in CSS I can use to make my mobile settings more responsive? Or maybe a Plugin that would let me use the same theme as my desktop with it’s formating on mobile devices?

    Really? Is this where the “Forum” is headed? I have always received some great help from www.ads-software.com, I hope this is NOT going to be an ongoing response for any questions I may have in the future. It would then cease to be a forum.

    I am using the Enigma Theme. And, no, I did not try to deactivate the plugins, I will try that, thank you.
