    I am using the plugin that Sumup makes available for free to receive credit card payments.

    There is a problem. If the transaction fails or if the customer instead of completing the payment changes his mind and presses cancel, the order is stored even if it has not been concluded.

    Do you know if you can only save the order if the transaction was successful?

    We kindly ask you to contact WooCommerce directly, as the issue that you are describing is not related to SumUp. SumUp only processes the payments. How the platform shows or stores the unsuccessful transactions and for how long is something that the WooCommerce team will be able to assist you with.
