Weird, I have activated the plugin on some websites and it works well as long as configured correctly.

First, configure as in screenshot: https://prntscr.com/axusjc
Second, paste the shortcode in post: https://prntscr.com/axurp0
That would do all the work.

I am thinking of 2 possible reasons
1) Your website theme is broken somewhere. You can try with Twenty Fifteen theme.
OR 2) you are using the shortcode for custom post type, we have not supported custom post type yet.

I have updated text domain for the plugin. Please download the latest version, you can use Poedit or any translation plugin to translate the “Read More” button into Spanish now.

Please go to “Quick Related Post” menu, then select “Custom Display” tab.

In the tab, select post title, thumbnail, excerpt, whichever you want to display.

Thank you so much for your suggestion. Currently, the plugin only supports English content. We will add the function to translate in the upcoming version.
