I haven’t looked at this so I’m not sure, but i’d imagine you can hack the CF7 plugin files. If you identify the code in the plugin PHP files which displays the first 2 mail sections, there should be a way to add the code to display a third mail section.

It may involve adding code to insert the added code box information into the database as if you just copy and pasted the box you could just overwrite the information saved in the copied boxed.

As an alternative, can you not set up forwarders on the mail client end to auto forward the mail to the third required receiver?

Have you put the file upload tag into the email which you receive?

For example usually you will have name tag like [your-name], but have you got the file upload tag such as [your-file] in the email template which you receive? Have you set the attachment to be that file tag?

Have you definitely uploaded the correct folder to the wp-content/plugins/ directory??

make sure you haven’t changed the folder name and all files are within wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7 or whatever it may be set to when you download it.

It is good that you found that to work, but having to change your permalink structure is not ideal. This could cause some of your website’s URL’s to change causing external links to display 404 pages. You would then have to setup 301 redirects to these new URLs.

My advice would be to check that other plugins arent clashing with the CF7 plugin. Start by turning all except CF7 off and see if it works. If it does, activate one half of the list, if it doesnt work you know the bad plugin is in that half of the list. My advice is to check all plugins until you find whats wrong. If that doesn’t work, maybe look at the JavaScript Error Console tool in FireFox. Might give some insight to what it is.

Hi there, found the issue with it. It was clashing plugins. The Post To Twitter plugin was going against it somehow. Deactivated it and it now works again. ??

I have found the issue.

The plugin Post To Twitter was set up to auto send my latest news to the Twitter account for the site. I deactivated it and it works again.

I thought that alright but i’m not sure what it could be really, it’s very odd as its not an actual server issue as doesnt happen on other sites on same server. ??

I have deactivated redirection plugin and the form works but it does not use AJAX it reloads the page each time the form submit is hit. I then reactivated the plugin and the same again. Could it be that the CSS or something etc. is messing with the AJAX validation??

I haven’t got the super cache or total cache plugin install at all no, I’ve got the redirection plugin though. Would this make any difference?

Yeah i tried deactivating ecommerce to no joy and all in one seo too that i just updated to no joy. I tried with newer mystique version – no joy. I re-installed WP version 2.9.2 with no joy. I get an error in widget from ecommerce too. I have gone back to default theme and it works fine except for when my pages are ordered by Page ID. Does this shed any light do you think? The way they’re ordered??

Oh and thank you for editing title. But thats not only problem i get an error in the product categories widget in sidebar too >:(

Yeah its all set up right, its been running perfect for nearly 4 months, dont know why its blown up all of a sudden.
