I had the same problem. To solve it, select also the previous option “Change label for fields of the contact form and error messages”.

It was the theme! Turning the default theme on solved the problem! Thanks!

I’ve done all the procedure: downloaded the it_IT new version, replaced wp-admin folder, wp-includes folder and 17 php files… Disabled all plugins… Error is still there… Cannot reinstall the update using the automatic update feature… Any help?

I mean, this procedure is for manual updating of for solving my problem of no automatic update?
