I downloaded ZigWidgetClass it has a place to enter code

hmmm I downloaded it but I’m not really sure how to use it. It says you need to use a plugin such as custom css and it will define where to place the code?? I don’t see anything though. maybe I have to do it in the editor? there is no where to enter css on the plugin settings. So confused but thank you ! I think if i could figure this plugin out I could get it to where I want it.
