In reply to: [Brilliant Web-to-Lead for Salesforce] Not submitting anymore! HepHi, Thought I’d just summarize what’s been done here, you can ignore the previous 3 posts…
1. Uninstalled SF plugin and re-installed
2. deactivated all plugins and turned back on one at a time. One of them seemed to be in conflict. However, I can submit the forms one time each only. If I try to resubmit, they do not go through.
3. Changed site theme to ‘out of the box’ WP theme, but the forms still did not submit.
4. What is strange is that hosting company C-panel shows that the site is running WP 3.8.3, however, it is 3.9. Company says no-one has updated the site to 3.9.
5. Hosting company says site crashed because of the following reason: “The database password encrypted”. Not sure this makes sense.
6. These forms were all working perfectly on Sunday.

Also, I did end up uninstalling and re-installing.
oh, and wanted to tell you that the hosting company said the issue was “The database password encrypted”. Would that cause any issue? Seems like a strange reason.

In reply to: [Brilliant Web-to-Lead for Salesforce] Not submitting anymore! HepI tried to re-upload and it failed. So, if I uninstall and reinstall, the existing options will stay? Nervous…those forms have alot of custom fields and took a long time to build.

That makes no sense to me as I can see the plugin in WP-admin. Does that make any sense to you? If I do need to, is there an easy way to save the forms I’ve created and re-import?

In reply to: [Brilliant Web-to-Lead for Salesforce] Not submitting anymore! HepThanks. I did confirm the org ID and we are definitely not over the limit for the month. There was a database error message on the site yesterday, so I’m wondering if it is hosting company.
How do I go about determining plugin conflicts? There are several plugins that are installed but not active, do I need to check those too?
And how do I know if there is a conflict?

By not submitting, I mean that no data is passing to Salesforce at all.

If so, what type of field should it be. If not, should I be putting anything specific in the “field” name field on the form?
