Has this been resolved?

The Site Health issue seems to appear whenever EUM is set to ‘Choose per plugin’ and/or ‘Choose per theme’.
When EUM is set to ‘Enable auto-updates’ the issue is gone.

However, when in addition, I use the ‘Health Check & Troubleshooting’-plugin, is seems to be resolved.

had exactly the same problem. In some (network) sites it worked and in some it did not.

Apparently the plugin fails when it is Network Activated.

I network-deactivated it from the network settings and then activated the plugin from within each individual site.

Now it seems to work fine.

under Admin Bar Options, uncheck “(top-secondary)”. It’s the 3rd from the bottom.
Although it is greyed-out, unchecking it made my top-right admin bar re-appear. Now my users can log out again.

ok, just resolved it myself.

Is this support forum even still active? I’ve notices many unresolved /unresponded threads.

same problem here.
Admin bar top-right corner is gone.
User can not log-out.

Option is NOT disabled.

Had the same problem.

Solved by opening the file /templates/table-horizontal-cell.html

and deleting the last include line:
{% include 'snippets/text.html' with { 'tag' : 'div' } %}
