Thank you for your help. It seems to be lot of work to make site with frames. Maybe I try to compile it with CSS. I have to see if I can do it and how it affects to the design of my site.
If I use overflow scroll in the main area I suppose I can make it look like the one I already designed.

Hmm… what’s wrong with the frames? I don’t like to make pages where everything loads up again when u hit some link on the menu. And I don’t like the big scrollbars on the right side of the screen either. I just don’t like it.
I could use iframe but I believe they don’t work in all browsers.
