there is not any outcome I got the issue is same I have to downgrade the jquery via jquery migrater plugin then it works well. No solution I got.

Yes, I checked this on your way but the strange thing is its working on dev site very well but not working on live site. we have used jquery version 3.7.1 that is causing if we remove it from site then it works well but we need to have the jquery also for other stuff on the site.

this is very weird issue and i didn’t face this type issue last 7 years so please let me know if you have any other Idea?
