To answer your questions,
1. For the buttons in Feature Grid blocks being styled separately, you could make three different Feature Grid blocks with one column each and put them in a three column Advanced Column & Grid block. You would be able to style the buttons on each Feature Grid block separately.
Our Buttons Block could be styled separately without having to use an Advanced Column & Grid block.
2. For the max height setting for images, we currently don’t have this option but we are working with advanced image options for our future updates.
3. We have settings for vertical alignment in blocks which you could use to align your buttons to the bottom of the container.
