I took out all the padding and borders, now I have a WHITE box, so I’m making progress, now I just need to get the image to show up!

ALL files from upgrade download are present and accounted for.

In the root file? It’s there. I’ll go back and make sure ALL the files are uploaded.

From the root directory. I assume the rest of them are where they should be and I uploaded them correctly.

Did that. Still getting the “Error Page Not Found” after I run upgrade and still seeing a list of files on my website.

Ok, I deleted the empty index.php file and uploaded the index.php file from the download, still not working

Here’s the interesting thing, the file is THERE, but when I click on “Show File” it’s empty. I’m guessing there’s supposed to be SOMETHING there?

Anyone still helping me?

I used these directions: https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/upgrade/ and all the plugins said they were already disabled. The one that had the option to disable, I clicked on it and it said I couldn’t do that. It was the last one listed.

Ok, so what did I do wrong??? ??

I don’t know if this makes a difference, but there are WP files in TWO places on my server.

One is a file called www that holds the WP files (wp-admin, etc.) and one is a file called public_html/. The public html is the one I deleted and uploaded the new files to.
