Thanks, eWay got back in touch with me and made some amendments on their end. This resolved the issue for me.

Unfortunately i’m unable to change or add my email on the main registered account, so I will follow the advised steps above if possible.

I’ve also sent an email to the eWay support in NZ ([email protected]), which was last week, and I have had no response. Are you able to check with them or in direct contact with them. Do you know if there is anothersupport/contact email I could use?

Thanks @simplysaru I understand about the security. I only created this post here as this is my personal WP support login and email that I control. The problem is i’m a new developer with the company that I raised the Woocommerce support ticket with, and I’m having to go through another person to check the inbox until we can update emails etc – and the person that is managing that inbox is stating no reply has come through so far.

Would it be possible to update me on the status of this issue here also, as I’m a little in the dark? Thanks for understanding, I know its not an ideal situation but we just want to resolve this issue.

Thanks for the update there Maybellyne. I’ll follow that GitHub report and keep an eye out for the next plugin update. I might revert back to the previous working version, as June is a reported Google algorithm update and could do without any console errors in the way.

I have attached the SMTP configure settings from Easy WP SMTP. Thing is, if I disable the SMTP plugin, shouldn’t the standard WordPress mail work. I’ve setup the email through our own hosting/domain?
