Yes, that worked! I installed Simple Custom Css, pasted in your code, and got just what we wanted. Thank you so much!

In reply to: [DocumentPress] DocumentPress – How does it work anyway?Does the wordpress account have to own the google drive account? I got to the Pick a File and it says I will be redirected to my Google Drive, but how does it know where to go?
Yes, I found where there were two extra </div> tags, in the code, just like the other support forum explained. My main problem was finding where to edit the code. It was in the calendar feed, edit, text tab. So it was kind of in the widget, just in the code I had in the text tab. I maybe had copy-pasted that code in when I had trouble with the non-functioning versions of GCal, but somehow it was changed or wrong? However the error didn’t show up until I updated to the newest GCal a few days ago.
But I did fix it and it looks good now. I have typed up a reminder and copied the code into my WordPress hint folder now. Thank you.

In reply to: Sidebar goes to bottom sorry for rehashGCE 2.1.7, just updated in the last couple days I think. It said “guaranteed 100% compatible now” after having given problems lately. I saw the extra div stuff in what I thought was that. Not sure how to get them out, if I can or want to…
Some way to fix you can recommend? Thanks for any help you can give me.

In reply to: Sidebar Pushed Down- Yes, I know this topic existsSorry to tag on to someone else’s post/question but I also have been reading all the forum topics on side bar going to the bottom. I have Coraline theme with only the allowed customizations, no code rewriting. https://www.becvote.org
My issues with many of the suggestions for fixing: I ran through a validator and found that it shows errors, BUT I do not know where or how to fix them. I can see the source and where they are showing me errors, but to get into the source and make a fix: HOW???
I do not know where to change the pixels allowed for the main text portion of a page between the two outside sidebars, if that might help.
Every page (I use pages, not posts) shows the right sidebar down low. In the Text tab when in page edit, sometimes I see no code at all, simply text. Is that what is meant by pasting in from Word? I may have done that, but most of my pages were built by HTML import plug in.
I did not make any changes that I recall to prompt the appearance change.

I guess I learned a few things. Thanks.

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Troube With WidgetTinkering and cussing helped I guess. I finally seem to have the display format correctly with the details I want to display, and the items do not drop down below, and the third column is in place still. I reset the number of events to 6 in both the feed details and the widget settings. Maybe that was the magic.
My final code:
<div>[start-date]</div>
[if-single-day]<div>[if-not-all-day][start-time][/if-not-all-day]</div>[/if-single-day]
<div class=”gce-list-event gce-tooltip-event”>[event-title]</div>
[if-location]<div><span>Location:</span> [location]</div>[/if-location]
[if-description]<div>[description]</div>[/if-description]
</div>Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Troube With WidgetThis is what I see on the preview changes: Please help me figure out what I should add to the code to make the display properly.

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Troube With WidgetI wouldn’t mind starting a new topic, but i don’t know how.
Here is my code in the text tab:
<div>[start-date]</div>
<div class=”gce-list-event gce-tooltip-event”>[event-title]</div>
[if-location]<div><span>Location:</span> [location]</div>[/if-location]
[if-description]<div>[description]</div>[/if-description]
</div>I have the same settings in both the feed editor page and the widget – list view, 45 days, 0 days back offset. I would prefer to show 15 events rather than a number of days, but I was just trying different things.

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Troube With WidgetSorry to tag on the topic, but I have another trouble with my widget, trying to display list.
I finally got the text tab properly coded so the items in my list are feeding in properly, but after the 3rd event, the others drop down below the center column and display wider. Then the 3rd column area widgets drop down below that. It’s like the columns are all messed up, they are not staying in the right place. Please look and see if you can think of something to solve.
https://www.becvote.org/wordpress/I made sure the details in feed and in the widget are the same, as to number of events to show, etc.
