The file yith-plugin-fw-el.po isn’t the correct one. That isn’t the translation file for YITH PayPal Express Checkout for WooCommerce.

There is already a partial Greek translation (at 26%) made:

You can download this file or simply update the translations on your WordPress Updates page.
Alternatively, you can create your own Greek translation with Loco Translate.

Have you tried to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Pre-order?
Just in order to discard there is a plugin conflict with another plugin.

The button is displayed through this hook:

Does this happen with subscription products only?
I suggest you check the tax settings from the WooCommerce panel.

I’m sorry but it’s not possible. Please note that YITH WooCommerce Subscription only works with PayPal Standard and this gateway cannot create subscriptions for free. The recurring total must be greater than $0.01.

Also, have you tested it with the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce plugin deactivated and with a default WordPress theme?
