I’m having the same problem. I realized today that I haven’t received a single contact form submission since upgrading WordPress. I just tested all of my forms, which had been working fine, and they are now not sending mail.

So I see that “tinysubmit” is getting added to submit’s class, but on the spans, they’re getting “class:tinyname” instead of just “tinyname.”

Yes, it was on the homepage, but now I also see that most of the errors are gone. Apparently the WordPress elves came along and fixed it. ?? It is still hollering at me about p’s in the footer, though.
