I feel your pain pink hippo on having issues with your/your clients website. WordPress.com can be especially challenging as it is quite restrictive. I have had much better luck with greengeeks as a host for wordpress. For the record, Wp raffle was extraordinarily helpful and quick to act with my issue and they deserve full credit for that. I highly recommend them.
