Thanks. Sorry for the late reply. When I posted this, my source code has no episodes. I suspect that there is a period of time that the feed update itself. Do you know if there’s a setting in WP or PowerPress that can trigger a real time (or close to real time) update?
Thanks!
CliffHi Angelo,
Thanks for your advice. That won’t work bc the post title is used for something else (so need to keep only the Sermon Title).
No worries. I will tell the client to insert it manually.
Hi Angelo,
This is not really related to SEO but rather usability..
This is a client’s request. They are a church and have different speakers every Sundays. They like the to include the Speaker’s name and the date because these data are not easily show up on iTunes. It is much easier to put the name and date in the Title so that anyone who access the podcast off iTunes can quickly see who is speaking.
I understand I can add these extra data manually in the SEO text field. What i like to do is to automate this process, if possible, so there’s less chance of error and make it easy for my client to do their job ??
Thanks!
CliffI switched to a Twenty-series theme and it fixed the problem. I know you are probably too busy to see what the problem is with the theme i am using (a modified Frank theme).
I noticed in version 2.0.7 there was a similar issue and fixed for this. Can you point to me where the problem is so I can troubleshoot it?
Thanks a lot!!
Cliff
Thank you.
It fixed the problem!

In reply to: a link to PDF strips '#'@wp Gurus,
Please take a look at this -> https://www.clifftam.com/test/
The link test is pointing to the 3rd page of the PDF. When you click on it, it is loading the first page.
I suspect it has to do with the plugin, Easy Fancybox. This is the plugin that loads the PDF in a window.
Thanks!

In reply to: White Screen of Death over entire siteCan you access functions.php through FTP or through login from your hosting?
For example, I am using GoDaddy. I can log into my GoDaddy account and from there access server and functions.php.
If you cannot get it to work, I suggest you contact your hosting provider. They usually keep backup of files and can roll back the file to previous versions.
Thank you, Cais.
Now i can edit to my heart’s content ??
@photocrati – thanks for your advice. I didn’t realize there’s a thumbnail setting in Gallery as well. So I went to Galleries setting and changed it to override the thumbnail settings and set my own dimension.
Works like a charm!
Hi Drew,
Thank you for your advice.
I installed a WP instance on Microsoft Web Matrix on my laptop and load up NextGEN. I did exactly what you said. I realized it was the Theme because when I switch to WP stock themes, like Twenty-Fourteen, it works. This WP instance have no other Plug-ins.
Based on your exp, do you know what i need to look for in the theme to fix this? Is there a place in WP where i can see if there’s any error code to give me an idea on where the problem is?
Thanks!
