I rerouted the confirmation email link to go directly to my ebook https://getfitwithgod.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/Matthew-537-Let-Yes-be-Yes-and-No-be-No.pdf.
Originally I wanted my subscribers ’email confirmation’ link to redirect them to a page on my website that gave them a secret password and link to the book. Now from the email they receive… they download the book right away and bypass all of that. Thanks again. I will be upgrading soon to the premium version when I have my second ebook that not FREE.
Thank you! I saved all the email addresses that confirmed on a csv file on my hard drive and deleted them all individually from the Members database in the settings area of WP dashboard. Then I told some of my subscribers to re-sign up and try again. They receive the confirmation email, they double opt in by clicking on the link in the email to confirm their address, but instead of the page I created for the redirect, they are seeing a page that says “this is somewhat embarrassing isnt it” (several people on my FB are saying the same thing.
I have 3 different personal email addresses that I used to experiment with. But because Explorer and Firefox remembers that I’ve already signed in on WP.. I’m able to get through the links just fine. BUT, when I use a new computer or I click on the email confirmation link from my phone… I see the same “this is somewhat embarrasing isn’t it” page that my subscribers are getting https://getfitwithgod.com/?wp_email_capture_error=Wrong+confirmation+code

In reply to: Can’t Login after Domain Forwarding ChangeHi, did you figure this out? I did forwarding with masking last week with Godaddy and now have the same problem. I can’t login to my wordpress at all. I don’t see any response to your question. If you figured this out on your own, can you please tell me what to do…. as you know, NO one at Godaddy knows what to do with WordPress. Thanks!
